INDEMNITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

1. By entering Tumble Indoor Play Park and/or allowing a child in their care to participate in any activities, the parent, legal guardian, caregiver, participant, or accompanying adult acknowledges and agrees to the following:
2. Participation in all activities is voluntary and undertaken entirely at the participant's own risk.
3. The play facilities include, but are not limited to, trampolines, climbing structures, slides, obstacle courses, ninja courses, zip lines, soft play areas, and other recreational equipment. These activities involve inherent risks including falls, collisions, slips, trips, impacts, and other injuries which may occur despite reasonable precautions.
4. Parents, guardians, or caregivers remain solely responsible for the supervision, conduct, and safety of children in their care at all times while on the premises.
5. Tumble Indoor Play Park, its owners, directors, shareholders, employees, managers, agents, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, expense, or claim arising from participation in activities or the use of the facilities, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
6. The parent, guardian, caregiver, or participant confirms that they and/or the child participating are medically fit to engage in the activities offered and have no condition that would make participation unsafe.
7. In the event of an emergency, Tumble Indoor Play Park may arrange appropriate medical treatment. Any costs associated with such treatment shall remain the responsibility of the parent, guardian, caregiver, or participant.
8. Non-slip grip socks approved by Tumble must be worn in designated play areas at all times. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the activity area.
9. All participants must comply with safety rules, signage, and instructions given by staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the facility without refund.
10. Tumble Indoor Play Park shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
11. CCTV surveillance may be in operation for safety and security purposes. By entering the premises, visitors consent to such monitoring. Promotional photographs or videos may be taken from time to time. Any visitor who does not wish to appear in promotional material should notify management.
12. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or likely to endanger themselves or others.
13. By purchasing a ticket, entering the premises, or allowing a child to participate in activities, the parent, guardian, caregiver, or participant confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accept the terms of this indemnity.
